New Hanover County Residents Can Dispose of Old Electronics

We all have those items that we want to get rid of....items that are inappropriate to mix with regular household trash.  New Hanover County residents should mark their calendars for Saturday, August 8th, 2009, to properly dispose of old electronics.  The New Hanover County Environmental Management Department will provide proper outlets for old computers, microwaves, televisions, phones, etc. 

The event will be held at the The Department of Environmental Management located at 3002 US Highway 421 North.  The event hours are from 9am-2pm.

June 2009 Pending Sales - Wilmington NC

Below is June 2009 Wilmington Regional Association of Realtors Statistics for "pending" contracts.  469 properties were placed under contract in June.  81% of home buyers placing contracts on homes in June are purchasing homes under $300,000.
