Questions to Consider Before Buying A Home

Many people are asking is now the time to buy a home.  We all have unique circumstances, situations, and needs, so ask yourself these important questions to help determine if now is the time for you to buy a home.

  •   How long do you plan on living in the house?
  •   How long do you plan to stay in the area?
  •   Are you comfortable with the responsibility of maintenance and repairs?
  •   What monthly housing payment range are you comfortable with?

There are opportunities in every real estate market.  Real Estate is an excellent long-term investment.  The market will impact the options available to you, and there is currently many single family homes, condos, and townhomes available in the Wilmington NC and surrounding areas.
