Vineyard Plantation - Wilmington NC Market Update

Hello Friends,

Below is a market update for the Vineyard Plantation community in the northern part of New Hanover County.  This neighborhood is located in the Porters Neck area off of Futch Creek Road, just minutes from the I-140 corridor and is a popular spot for those relocating to Wilmington, particularly those with GE. 

Lots range from approximatlely .33 to .50 acre.  The neighborhood features pool and clubhouse. If I can provide more information on this or other Wilmington neighborhoods, please let me know.

Wilmington North Carolina - Plantation Landing Market Update

Hello Friends,

Below is a market update for the community of Plantation Landing.  Plantation Landing is located in the northern edge of New Hanover County with easy access to I-140, with an easy commute to GE.  Those relocating to the area with GE seem to appreciate its convenient commute and convenience to all that Wilmington has to offer.  Community amenities include two pools, tennis, and clubhouse.
